Problem: I have been impacted negative and positive human resource management in my previous job. As a server, I was always busy with customers coming in and out, and staffing was a major issue. The managers were always coming in and did not stay in the position for too long. There was very little presence of any human resources offered to us employees, and complaints were more like gossip around the store, and very little was ever done about anything. I did not really have anything positive with this company, as they had very little human resources available. My current job however, has a very strong presence and I feel safe if I ever do have an issue to go to them.
