What if you wanted to change your exercise behavior? Please formulate a self-modification plan to increase your exercise based on principles in this module. In your self-modification plan, please be sure to address the four major points of self-modification by specifying the following:
i. a specific goal,
ii. self-knowledge of antecedents, self-knowledge of observable and measurable behaviors, and
iii. self-knowledge of consequences, as well as
iv. self-monitoring method(s), and
v. two relapse prevention methods.
