Problem: What if you wanted to change your exercise behavior? Please formulate a self-modification plan to increase your exercise based on principles in this module. In your self-modification plan, please be sure to address the four major points of self-modification by specifying the following: 1) a specific goal, 2) self-knowledge of antecedents, self-knowledge of observable and measurable behaviors, and 3) self-knowledge of consequences, as well as 4) self-monitoring method(s), and 5) two relapse prevention methods.
