Question:
Seller has recently sold his home to Buyer. The negotiations didn't go well and Seller is upset with Buyer. When Seller leaves the home he takes a screwdriver and removes the Venetian Blinds on all windows. NOTE: the contract between Buyer and Seller didn't address the blinds. Buyer is now demanding that Seller return the Blinds. Seller is refusing. Buyer files an action in Court.
