Do you believe forcing litigants locating in one part of a state to litigate in another part of the same state fair? Whether you agree or disagree, explain your position. What if litigants reside in neighboring cities only a couple miles away? What reasons (other than mere convenience) might a litigant move a court to change venue from one city to another?
