Problem: Jane is a 55-year-old female with c/o episodic low-grade fever, and fatigue for about 3 months. She admits to nausea and states she has lost 12 pounds. She reports that her joints and muscles ache and "sometimes it feels like it goes to the bone". Denies cough, vomiting, headache, edema, sore throat, black or bloody stools, or change in the urine. She takes Tylenol and ibuprofen with mild and temporary relief. The patient appears well, physical exam shows HR 114, a 10 lb weight loss from her previous appt 3 months ago, and is otherwise unremarkable. Labs return with leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, and ESR elevated at 30. She denies the use of tobacco, alcohol. She works as a cashier in a retail store and has 2 cats. What is her diagnosis?
