The school law issues are first amendment, which is the freedom speech, fourth amendment, which is search and seizure, special education/inclusionary practices and bullying. The first school law issue is the freedom of speech. People involved in schools should have the right to say their attitudes, beliefs, opinions or views on different situations. The second school law issue is the fourth amendment, which is the search and seizure. No one has the right to search anyone's belongings unless they have a good reason. For example, if someone brings a gun to school and the authority sees the weapon, they have the right to report to the police. The third school law issue is offering special education/inclusionary practices in schools.
