Typically, interpersonal-communication research has focused on "light and dark" aspects of interpersonal communication.
Based on your workplace experience, what are some examples of "light" aspects of interpersonal communication that foster authenticity, trust, personal growth, and "dark" aspects that result in bullying, harassment, shunning, and other forms of discomfort?
What have you done to counteract these problems, and/or to improve interpersonal communication in your workplace?
