Problem
One tool that I have used in my professional work that I have used that I learned from PMAN 634 would be active listening. I use active listening when my boss and I sit down and have meetings each week to talk about what has been done within the warehouse and what needs to be done in the warehouse. I usually bring in a notepad to ensure that as she is talking that I actively take notes and make a list of things that I need to do that are top priority for my volunteers to do.
