From Bonem & Patterson (2005), Leading from the second chair: Chapters 8-10, discuss your thoughts about the following questions:
What happens when you are positive that both your supervisor's and your personal vision are from God, and they will both have a very different impact on staff leadership?
Why do you think that God puts two leaders with personal visions in the same organization?
Please answer all the questions, cite from the textbook, Bonem & Patterson (2005), Leading from the second chair, with the page number (If possible), and use Bible verses throughout to show your Christian worldview without forcing a verse or taking it out of context.
