Question: We often think of misconduct only being committing by police or correctional officers, but what happens when the prosecutor is under investigation for misconduct. Read the article by Elaine Cassel and think of the implications from the actions of the prosecutor and future cases.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
