One of the strengths of science fiction is the way it uses visions of the future to comment on the present. In what way does the world of precogs and precrime offer a commentary on the notion of crime prevention? Also, what happens to the concept of justice when it's applied to something that hasn't happened yet? Can there be such a thing as "preemptive justice?" Why or why not?
