Organizational Leadership
What gets measured gets done. This old adage has proven correct in most aspects of life and work. Measuring organizational success in terms of innovation requires that we focus on various areas.
1) What types of metrics do you use (or want to use) to evaluate your success in life?
2) What types of metrics are regularly used (or should be used) at your place of employment to financially evaluate the organization’s performance?
3) Develop a metric plan for the types of metrics you want to use to evaluate your success in the next one to two years. Include process, financial, and success metrics.
