Thank you for sharing a great way to understand empirical knowing. As you have stated which is also similar for myself a large part of my knowledge as a nurse is a personal and ethical knowledge. As an MSN and DNP prepared leader and educator my focus is more directed toward empirical knowing. As we see in healthcare today the focus is changing direction, how do we encourage, the empirical knowing in nursing, what will foster this growth as we have fostered ethical and personal knowing?
