Discussion
leadership experience in this class varies. Some have a lot of experience and have established and utilized their style of leadership, and some have not. I know different styles of leadership are necessary depending on the situation, and you can't lock into just one. After completing the surveys (many of you have seen these before) how accurate where they in assessing and identifying your fundamental core characteristics and style of leadership, in the absence of having to adapt your styles to a given situation? What flaws do you see in the surveys and how would you improve them to make them scientifically sound?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
