For this case, focus only on answering the following questions in your written reply.
a. Conduct a SWOT analysis of Yili Group.
b. Conduct a PESTEL analysis of Yili Group to determine what external factors are impacting its business environment.
c. Conduct a VRIO analysis to determine what are the resources and capabilities that give Yili a competitive advantage.
d. Should Yili Group enter a new market or launch new products, why or why not?
