Discussion: Experience With System Changes/Implementation
What experiences have you had with system changes either in the university setting or work environment? Was your opinion collected before the implementation, such as during the requirements gathering phase? Was your feedback sought post-implementation? Would it have made a difference in your acceptance/adoption of the new system?
