Write a paper about what evaluation approaches seems to makes the most sense to you? Which one seems to be the furthest thing from what you had considered to be evaluation?

The use branch seems to me, the most sense. It referred as decision- oriented theory; it helps stakeholders to make decision regarding to the program. CIPP model is the most model get my attention. "CIPP is an acronym for four types of evaluation: context, input, process, and produce. The first type context is identifying needs assessment which help evaluator set a target. Second type, input means curriculum which include the goals, instructional strategies, participate, and all materials. Third type, process means the way and process that evaluator implement. Forth type, product indicate to accomplish of goal. This model designed to help stakeholder to find answer to question that would help in making decision, however both evaluator and stakeholder contribute of creating evaluation question, designing evaluation plan, and conducting assessment. "the evaluator engage a representative stakeholder panel to help define the evaluation question, shape evaluation plan, review draft reports and disseminate"(p.57). This process ensuring that evaluation address the most significant question for stakeholder in order to make a great decision and produce an accountability record. The srong relationship between stakeholder and evaluator will be good, so the trust will be alternative. All of these has positive impact on the result. Therefor, I consider this model as the most approach seems to make sense for me.

In contrast, the value model seems the most further to me. This approach is the stakeholders control all the aspect of evaluation from the evaluation plan to the result. In addition, the stakeholder determine the resources. Furthermore, they determine the process of evaluation. For instance, they may enforce the evaluator to choose the survey to collect data. Moreover, the stakeholders give the order to the evaluator which effect negative in the result. However, the evaluator is less responsibility upon the result because the stakeholder was control the evaluation.
