Problem
Jim works at a small law firm as a paralegal. The senior partner of the firm requests that Jim assist in preparing the monthly bill for one of the firm's biggest clients. During his work on the bill, Jim discovers that the firm is over billing and, possibly, embezzling money from the client by altering settlement agreements entered into on behalf of the client.
