Assignment task:
You've now had the opportunity to go over the slideshow on developing slideshows. Now, it's time to think back to classes from the past (student presentations and professor lectures), work presentations, conferences you've attended, and any other situation where a slideshow was involved. Reflect on one which you can remember as being really effective - Why was it effective? What made it memorable and/or helpful? Etc. Then reflect on one which you can remember as being awful - Why was it so bad? What elements of it made you cringe?
Be sure your comments are about the slides created (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Prezi, etc.) with consideration to the content within the slides, the design of slides, and/or if the speaker had issues using the slideshow during their presentation. Do not focus on the speaker. Do not confuse the term "presentation" which is also a speech with "slideshow presentation". Again, this is only about what worked well and what didn't work well with two different slideshows.
