A) What elements of a organizations' organizational culture ENHANCE v. HINDER employee engagement/performance and resulting organizational performance?
B) What can you, as leaders and/or HR people do to move the organization to be one that enhances employee engagement/ productivity?
C) A Prof I had at Duke's MBA program asserted that leaders can not shape/lead/determine an Organization's Culture. I disagreed (and he dinged me a grade). Can or can't / Must or Must not a leader set about aiming for a particular organizational culture? Why or why not?
