In considering public relations, you should ask yourself seven questions:
1. What do you want the public to know?
2. What do you want the public to think?
3. What does the public currently think?
4. What do you seek to change?
5. What alternative do you have for communicating your message?
6. How will you obtain feedback?
7. How will you evaluate your effectiveness?
Research a recent media crisis or positive public relations campaign for an organization or business. Describe how the company addressed these questions in the public relations campaign. Did they address the questions effectively? Why or why not?
Be sure to either number your answers or use a separate paragraph for each answer.
