Problem
Orwell has an epiphany and his epiphany is the thesis for his essay: What does Orwell realize about the British imperialism when he's standing before the elephant with his rifle and can tell that all of the burn and want him to kill the elephant?
i. The British are enslaved to the people that they rule over
ii. The British are truly superior to the burmans
iii. The British are superior to the burmans but not necessarily the Africans and Asians that they also rule over
iv. The Burmans being enslaved to the British is divinely ordained. The elephant, a larger that life figure, represents God or a higher power.
