Problem
Imagine that you have come to the training. Participants gather in the classroom little by little. Five minutes before the start, the coach asks everyone to take chairs, arrange them in a row up to the carpet, which is laid on the floor, and sit as close to each other as possible. Within a few minutes, everyone sat down and silence reigned in the room. The coach is making final preparations, glancing at his watch, there are a couple of minutes left before the start.
And then the last participant from the list comes in. He sees that one part of the floor is covered with a light blue carpet, and on the rest there are five chairs side by side, on which the participants of the training are located, and, judging by the ringing silence, everyone is already prepared for the training. The last participant sees that he also has to take a chair against the wall, move it and sit in one row with the rest of the participants, but since half of the room where there is no carpet is already occupied, he will have to put his chair on the carpet.
Quickly assessing the situation with a glance, he did so, took a chair and, in street shoes, went to the carpet to sit next to everyone. But as soon as he raised his leg to step onto the carpet, the coach immediately called out to him: "No, no! In no case! You can't wear shoes! You see, we have a light carpet". And without offering any solution to the newcomer, he turned away again and was distracted by preparation. Awkwardness hung in the air. But no one from the group of those already present could offer their help, since no one knew how to get out of this situation. The participant hesitated what to do.
Such decisions came to mind:
leave the training;
take off your shoes and sit next to everyone;
sit behind the backs of the participants where there is no carpet.

b) Can someone from those present participants help him with something?
c) What should the coach do in this situation?
d) Give an advice to a participant who is in an awkward situation.
