Question - What do you think is the most significant experience you have had in this class (Introduction to Art)?
Answer - The past seven weeks has forced me to expand my thinking on multiple levels. first level being my new appreciation for Art and secondly my desire to continue to learn. Coming into the class I had a very limited knowledge of Art and even a greater lack of understanding of what drives an artist to create what he or she does. My most significant experience in the class was learning how to effect "agree to disagree" when it comes to what art is and isn't. My Favorite Artist was and now is Cai Guo-Qiang. His piece Inopportune, stage One is simply brilliant.
