The National Labor Relations (or Wagner) Act is the primary national law governing union-management relations. However, various groups of employers and employees are not covered by that law, but are instead covered under different LR laws! Identify such a law ( examples: Railway Labor Act, Federal Service Labor Management Relations Act, Taylor Law, California Agricultural Labor Relations Act) and explain how it DIFFERS from the National Labor Relations Act.
