Problem
• In "The New Digital Divide," Susan P. Crawford argues that those who do not have reliable high-speed internet access are going to be politically, economically and socially disadvantaged. Discuss how the lack of high-speed internet access affects people in terms of education, careers, wealth, political engagement and/or quality of life. Do you agree with Crawford that the new digital divide will be a major contributor to economic and social inequality? What do you see as a solution to the new digital divide?
