• Who and/or what are the resources at your disposal?
• What are your overall thoughts on ‘coaching vs. directing' employees?
o As an employee, which do you prefer?
o As a manager, which do you (or would you) use to manage your direct reports?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
