What do we need to UN-LEARN about Leadership?
What do we need to "UNLEARN" about Leadership? I have waited until now to pose this question to you because it might not have made sense until we built trust and learned some basics. So now I ask: Haven't we been taught many things about leadership that is disempowering, worth rethinking, disturbing even? Haven't we had experiences that have diminished our expression of leadership?
What outmoded paradigms do we want to step outside of? What do we want to let go of?
What do we want to unlearn?
