Problem
How do you ensure a patient or their family member is washing their hands? I think that most people want to prevent the spread of infection, but I have seen a lot of people who are still of the belief that they are invulnerable and therefore do not need to wash because they will never be infected and therefore cannot infect others. What do we do about those individuals?
