The "Ferguson Effect" is the idea that crime is rising in urban minority neighborhoods because police officers are not policing like they had been before the "Black Lives Matter" protests.
i. What do major criminologists say about the controversy?
ii. What are the crime rates for the last several years in New York, Baltimore, San Francisco, Houston, and Seattle?
iii. Do the facts support the Ferguson effect and if so, provide an example?
