There are lots of different recommendations for dietary intake. They come from government agencies, nutritional medical experts, and even celebrities. Many of these guidelines discuss some sort of recommendations for consumption of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates.
What are some different parts of the body that belong to the digestive system? Which parts do you think are the most common to cause humans some sort of discomfort? What do you think some common causes of digestive system discomfort might be?
