5) Did the result meet all your requirements? Expectations?
6) Did you clearly and explicitly describe all of your requirements before you started? Or figure them out as you went along?
7) How did you measure success? Did you know these measures - clearly and specifically - before you started?
8) What did your post mortem review look like? (ie, to learn how to do it better next time)
