Leadership Problem
Pick an organization that starts with the same letter as either your first or last name (B or M). Talk about a time they went through a major change (merger, acquisition, mass layoff, etc.). What did the organization do well in this process of change? How would you change things? You should back your discussion with information from at least one credible resource about that individual.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
