Problem
Find a news article or an account of a sexual assault. After reading the article write a 1 to 2 page paper describing the incident through the lens of what is discussed in the lecture. For example, what type of rape is being reported? What percentage of rape cases account for that type of rape? What issues might the victim have in proving her case? What defenses might the defendant use? If the victim is black, what are the 2 reasons given that black women are less likely to report a rape.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citatios.
