Enrique advertised his custom-made airplane for sale. Wallace offered him $100,000 by email. Enrique told Wallace that he accepted his offer, but that he would have to bring a cashier's check to his house for $100,000 the next day. Wallace said he'd arrive with the check the next day after work.
