Think about the definition of 'hot' and 'cool' conflict and share with your peers a topic in your workplace that fits the definition of each type. What type of conflict arises in these situations (task or relationship)? Which of the leadership behaviors discussed in the chapter have you seen at work when these situations arise? Are they successful? Why or why not? What could one do personally to help 'cool' conflict when it arises? Which top strengths help or hinder you in this role?
