Describe a possible hazard at your workplace (it can be your previous, current or potential workplace). With reference to the hazard, answer the following questions.
• Explain what incident(s) may occur if nothing is done about the hazard.
• Describe what controls could be implemented to prevent the incident(s). In your answer, provide at least 2 different types of control from the hierarchy of controls approach (explain each method and state the type of control, i.e., elimination, substitution, engineering, administrative, or PPE).
