Problem: Your final will consist of a leadership development plan. My intent is for you to produce an actionable roadmap to improve your leadership capabilities. Your ultimate goal is to identify 1-2 critical development needs that fit with feedback you have received on the Hogan Personality Inventory, past 360s, past performance reviews, and/or peer feedback. The assignment will be discussed in more detail in class.
