What considerations should be made in evaluating question

Problem

As we approach the 2024 Presidential Election, there is the possibility that the two candidates may well be President Joe Biden who is now 80 and former President Donald Trump who is 76.

This has stimulated much discussion over whether their ages are an issue. This includes comments by Republican Presidential Candidate Nikki Haley and previously by others as well.

The US Consitution has an age restriction that states that a person must be 35 years of age to be president but there is no maximum age.

Should there be an upper age limit for a person running for president? Why or why not? What considerations should be made in evaluating this question? What legal restrictions might have to be overcome? What overall political issues are involved as well since currently the voters can evaluate the candidates and decide who they want?
