How to describe how a middle-aged person is different physically from a young adult and how they differ physically from those in late stages of mature-adulthood. Be sure to mention the approximate ages when some of these changes may begin. What guidelines (i.e. behaviors to avoid) can you think of for people who want to be as healthy as possible in middle adulthood? What changes occur if any in terms of sex or sexuality? Also, discuss any non-behavioral influences to consider: (i.e. socioeconomic status).
