Project Problem
For this group project, prepare for a mock negotiation between Brazil and Colombia. The mock negotiation should be in a business setting to negotiate a business deal such as a merger between two companies, trade agreements, purchase agreements, supplier agreements, partnerships, labor unions, etc.
The PowerPoint presentation should consist of 3-5 slides, not including the title slide and slide for APA citations, as well as presenter's notes for each section. Images may be included in the presentation but be sure to keep all image sizes low for this presentation.
Assess the countries by addressing the following:
Identify cultural, societal, and religious values that influence the cross-cultural communication between Brazil and Colombia.
Based on the culture and values of the two countries:
a) What leadership competencies and characteristics would you need?
b) What challenges and opportunities would you face as a leader?
c) Summarize how cultural differences affect cross-cultural communication.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
