Discussion Post: Leadership
Develop critical thinking and reasoning skills to observe leadership practices and commitment behaviors in the work environment.
Formulate an understanding of the practices leaders use to foster innovation and implement change and apply those leadership practices along with commitment behaviors to global business situations. Effectively summarize how the role of corporate diversity and globalization impacts these practices.
Assemble knowledge about the essentials of strengthening others. Develop independent, critical thinking, and reasoning skills to identify and improve personal leadership competency into a personal best project.
Instructions:
Respond to both of the following questions.
a) What can leaders do to help others in the organization "see" the future? (Be sure to incorporate concepts from this readings and video)
b) How can leaders help organizations with future work trends such as globalization, technology, changing demographics, new behaviors, and mobility? Pick one trend and explain in more detail.
