Aloha, thanks for sharing. We know that change is constant, but it may not be timely. I have leaders get excited at the beginning of a change process and lose hope along the way. What can be done for leaders to keep them engaged so that they can keep the team engaged?
I have seen in my past leadership days that people left the organization because of change or their performance changed in such a manner that they are managed out because of change. There were some missed opportunities for leaders to intervene and answer outstanding questions. Have you experienced this before?
