To support an engaging culture for the organization, it takes work and commitment not only to the employees but to the processes of the organization. I feel Google has demonstrated this commitment by encouraging employees to be innovative and contribute their talents to the organization. It is great to have the time and resources to support employees in this manner. There are many companies who do not have the resources to support employees in this at the same level as Google, but offer great programs to ensure employees feel they are welcomed and part of the growing work environment. Absent the tools available to Google, what can a company offer employees to help employees feel they are part of the organization and part of the success of the company to increase employee engagement?
