Q1. What brought on the existential movement in philosophy and psychology?
Q2. One of the reasons that existential psychology became popular is that psychologists/psychiatrists attempt to be empirical and objective. Based on this article and what we have covered so far in the class, can we truly measure people? What are the pros and cons of taking this approach?
Q3. Describe the compartmentalization/fragmentation of the 19th century. How does this apply to our modern lifestyle (i.e., better technology, constant distractions, social media, etc.)?
