Brand loyalty is an insulator for companies. It is hard to lose a loyalist. Loyal customers allow us to make mistakes and still survive. Are there brands you use today that you formed an attachment to when a teen or are your teen preferences (think Old spice) long gone? Are teens critical to companies as long term brand lovers and loyalists? Is this why brands fight for the teen consumer? What brands are you loyal to from your youth? Respond to ONE classmate, maybe you will find a fellow classmate loyal to your same product.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
