While some turnover is to be expected, and possibly required, most employers would choose to reduce the rate of turnover. In this homework we will examine turnover and retention issues and attempt to address potential solutions to common retention problems create an academic paper that addresses the following issues:
1. How does a high employee turnover rate impact the operations in an organization?
2. What data may be gathered and analyzed to assess the reasons for employee turnover?
3. What best practices would you recommend to reduce employee turnover? Explain at least three such best practices.
