Problem 1. A description of the theories/approaches that best describe your work as a human services professional and the reasons why you believe in these approaches.
Problem 2. Your thoughts about how you have increased your capacity as a human services worker (what specific skills/tasks do you feel you are proficient in and how did your internship placement from both semesters contribute to that)
Problem 3. The progress you have made in terms of human services skills, strategies, personal/professional growth, and awareness of strength and weakness, as well as areas needing further development (if applicable, identify leadership or administrative roles you feel more competent in, were there times where your agency asked you to train someone or be the lead in a certain task. What are areas or populations that you feel you can competently advocate for)
Problem 4. Your future training needs and any future career, professional or academic goals (are you going straight into the workforce, are you going to pursue a BA, BS, or graduate school, etc)
