Problem: Neoliberal globalisation is regarded as the driving force behind the increased interconnectedness of the world system, the cross-border sharing of ideas, resources, labour and capital. Yet the extent to which the benefits associated with this global force is shared equitably across the world is contested. Critically describe whether neoliberal globalisation addresses the needs of countries of the global South.
